Christmas!!!

Oh man, I can't wait for Christmas. I'm so excited. It's only in a week. It just seems like this year has flown by. Christmas is my favorite holiday. I just love the snow and everything about the season. My aunt always comes down and I can't wait to see her and my cousins. We always have a big family dinner and I get to see all my family. It's so nice to see everyone and just spend time together. I hope that everyone has a great Christmas and a Happy New Year!!

Missions trip

I have been asked if I wanted to go to on a missions trip to Mexico. I really want to go but I don't know if I will be able to. This would be such a great oppertunity to see God work in the lives of others and in my life. I really want to go and help others out that have less than us. I also want to be able to share Christ with others and seeing others come to Christ because of the things that we have showed them and the seed that we planted in them that continued to get watered and grow. I just hope that things work out and I can go!

The First Snow!

So the other day it was the first snow. I'm not really a big fan of it but I do like it a little. The snow definately looks nice and it reminds me of Chirstmas. I love to look at the snow but I don't like to be out in the cold for a long time. My brother has been asking me if I want to go out with him but, I don't like the cold and it's better to go out when we get the first big snow. It's nice to have snow but I think that we shouldn't get it until after Thanksgiving. I really love it when it snows on Chirstmas, it just makes Christmas all the better!

Elim!

So the two days we had off of school last week, I went to Elim. Which is a youth conference. It was the most amazing thing ever. It was so cool to see how God moves in the lives of others and in my life. I have definately been changed becasue of going. It just so awesome how God uses us to help others who need Him. I want to be the one who shares what I have with others and make this world a better place. One of the topics that Adam McCain talked about was being a Christian who cares about others and is willing to help and not be the one who walks by or the one who says that they don't have the time. We can always find the time to get on the computer to something but can't find the time for the things that really care. I just want to be the "Who Cares" and not the one who could have stopped that person from hurting themselves but I'm the one who did take the time to stop. This was a very powerful and moving experience for me and I can't wait for the conference that is in the spring!

Soccer Season

This years soccer season wasn't that bad. I think that it went by really fast but then again I didn't play. I really wish I could have played more than two games but I guess thats not that bad. I scored two goals playing two games. Thats fine with me. I just wish I could have played more. Hopefully I can play basketball though. I'm done with PT and I have an appointment the end of the month and I'll hopefully get the ok.

Fall

I went to do wood today with my dad in Liberty and on the way I was looking at all the trees and the beautiful leaves. Just wondering how God could create this awesome creation. It's so beautiful. I love looking at the leaves. I love just looking at Gods wonderful creation and how He it made it so great. I find many of God's creations awesome and just miraculous. I just wonder how He could think of some of these things and make them so intricate. I love the fall and I thank God for His beautiful creation that He has made and for the leaves changing colors. It's sooo amazing!!!
